We're okay, folks.
No clue what the spotting was about, but the little June Bug was waving at us today. We saw fingers. FINGERS!
Measuring one day ahead, at 10w0d, and the heartbeat is 146. Cervix is closed and very long. Everything looks perfect.
My heartrate is still on the way down... I didn't sleep much last night and I was pretty wound up.
Thanks for the well wishes and offers of help. Anyone who wants to knock me out until the second trimester is welcome to come over with a baseball bat.
I'm going to bed. Here's a picture to tide you over.

Glad all is ok.
YAY!! Fantastic news!!!!!
I'm very glad for the good news. As for the baseball bat, I'm boarding a plane now... ;-)
Oh thank God, and here's hope the little bugger never scares you again.
OMG, I got so complacent (pg women really are smug!) that I missed the (bad) excitement.
Hope it was just a blip and the next spotting you see isn't 'till you're past 36 weeks. You probably just overdid it on the laundry!
I'm glad you are doing ok. I had a friend that after she went through IVF she got a ton of bloody cysts on her cervix. She was bleeding like crazy until they gave her an internal exam. She said her OB was horrified when he looked at her cervix. He said it looked like ground hamburger meat. YUCK!! I always think about that after my IVF cycles. You're welcome for that yummy visual! :)
so happy that everything is okay. Have a great trip!
What a beautiful picture - and I'm so glad that the news was all good.
